    1) One time payment via PayPal  for a rider or in-hand member: $150 + $4.65 service fee = $154.65 due at time of registration.

    2) One time payment via PayPal for a spirit member: $20 + $.88 service fee = $20.88 due at time of registration.

$51.75 for a total of $155.25.  First payment due with registration, second payment will charged two weeks later and the final payment four weeks later.
